2) Fill out the New Resident Form

just some basic contact for yourself and an emergency contact

3) Upload a pic of your ID

take a readable photo of your primary means of identification

4) Make a quick video and upload it

Please record a video of you stating the following:

“Hi my name is ________ and I’m looking forward to moving in to Payfrit Pads! I understand their system is ownership-based and that my residency is NOT subject to standard landlord-tenant law. If I am asked to leave I will do so immediately upon repayment of my deposit plus pro-rated fees paid minus any documented damages.”
